"To whoever is reading this post, I normally don’t leave reviews, but I have to give credit where it’s due. After relocating from another state, I dealt with several months of issues with both of my policies. Julie went above and beyond to help resolve them. What stood out the most was that I did not have to chase her down for updates, unlike my previous experiences with the agents team. Her consistent follow-ups made a huge difference, as I had the information I needed to make informed decisions without any added stress. One thing I also really appreciated was that she was not only a great listener to everything I had to say, but even when I gave her a little TMI,(aka too much information) she was patient and understanding. It allowed me to get a bit of frustration off my chest, and that made the process feel even more personal and supportive. Even when Julie wasn’t able to assist me directly, she always pointed me in the right direction by referring me to another agent. There were times when I was in a bind and needed immediate assistance, and her ability to provide reliable alternatives showed that she truly cares about finding solutions. That’s someone I can trust. Having someone like Julie representing the company gives me great confidence in working with her. She truly embodies professionalism and care, making her a fantastic face of the company. Julie took the initiative, stayed on top of everything, and made sure things were handled smoothly. "Love this office! Julie was so helpful with talking over rates and making sure we were taking advantage of all of the benefits State Farm has to offer. You can tell she truly cares about doing what's best for you and not just selling you on their products/services. I call in maybe once or twice a year with a few questions and sometimes it's a simple answer. Today I had several questions and challenged Julie on some answers, but she killed it. Solidifying why we are with State Farm and have been for quite a while! If you have some insurance questions or want to do some comparisons, call and ask for Julie. She will set you straight! As a bonus, Mike has always been good to us and a main reason we've been with State Farm as long as we have. Needs are always met and then some!
